Hazardous Removal Company removed a total of 120m² of flat asbestos sheets and 38m² of corrugated asbestos roof sheets. This project, completed in Lethbridge Park, was accomplished in just one day.
The removal required four licensed asbestos removal technicians. Upon arrival, we completed our paperwork and conducted a toolbox talk before commencing the setup.
Our team then set up the site to ensure the minimisation of contamination during the removal process.
This asbestos removal and demolition were necessary for a rental property owned by the client. They had leaks in their garage and needed to remove the entire structure. There were three garages attached together and connected to the house. As seen in the photos, we placed plastic on the section attached to the house to prevent water damage until the next tradespeople could arrive.
Upon completion, a clearance certificate was provided by a third-party licensed hygienist.
